St Albans High School for Girls Compliance Officer Actual Salary £28,378 -£32,432 pa dependant on experience (FTE £35,000 £40,000) Permanent, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday Start date ASAP We require an experienced health and safety and compliance officer to join our newly formed Compliance Team. This role is a great opportunity for anyone wishing to progress their career in Compliance as you will work with the Compliance Manager to help ensure that the School meets all of its legal and regulatory requirements. Compliance Assistant Actual salary £20,250 (FTE £25,000) Permanent, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday Start date ASAP We are seeking a positive and highly-organised assistant with excellent attention to detail to join our newly formed Compliance Team. This role would suit an experienced administrator who is keen to develop their skills and knowledge in the areas of health and safety, data protection and other aspects of compliance to help ensure that the School meets all of its legal and regulatory requirements. These are dynamic roles, requiring strong interpersonal skills and a high level of personal and professional integrity and play a key part in supporting the delivery of the School's strategic objectives, to the benefit of its students, staff and the wider local community. Work patterns for both roles to be agreed with the Compliance Manager. Applicants seeking to work more flexibly on a term-time plus arrangement will be considered.
