St Albans High School for Girls ADMISSIONS ASSISTANT Permanent Full Time, 52 weeks per year Salary £24,000 per annum Required ASAP Due to internal promotion, an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, flexible team member to join our Admissions Department in our thriving independent day school. This permanent position is well suited to an individual who is looking to join a hard-working team in a fast-paced, rewarding workplace. The Admissions Department is responsible for maximising the number of new entrants to the School, whilst ensuring that retention levels remain strong. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and work closely with colleagues to ensure that all prospective pupils and their parents experience a warm and responsive introduction into the School throughout the Admissions process. This is a varied role, which involves data entry, reporting and event preparation. Meticulous attention to detail will be required to ensure accurate capture and entry of data to our Admissions database. Previous experience of customer relationship management databases and working in a customer-facing role would therefore be highly desirable. The location of work will primarily be at our Senior School site in St Albans, with one/two days per week at our Prep School in Wheathampstead.
