St Albans High School for Girls FACILITIES ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT Permanent / Full-time, 52 weeks per year Salary £22,000 p.a. Required for January 2021 Our vibrant, welcoming school is seeking a confident, self- motivated individual to join our busy Facilities Team. This is a varied role and will involve maintaining record management and card access systems, creating new entries and amending records as appropriate. The Facilities Administration Assistant will also provide administrative support for car parking provision, manage deliveries, monitor and order stock and on occasions provide reception cover. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and resourceful individual, who has a positive approach to their work and enjoys being part of a team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, together with good people and team working skills. This is a permanent position, offered on a full time basis, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. The working hours will be 8.00am |- 4.30pm Monday - Thursday and 8.00am - 4.00pm on Friday with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. There may be occasional evening and weekend work to support school events, for which time off in lieu will be granted.
