St Albans High School for Girls HR SYSTEMS AND ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT Permanent / Full time, Salary £25,000 p.a. Required ASAP We are seeking a customer focused individual to join our existing team of HR professionals. This is a fast-paced role responsible for the accurate management of HR data and ensuring the integrity of the HR management system (Access). This role is ideally suited to a process driven individual who has a passion for software, meticulous attention to detail and a keen interest in continuous improvement within HR systems to benefit the HR function of the school. The working hours will be Monday - Thursday 8.30 am 5.00 pm and Friday 8.30 am 4.30 pm with a one hour unpaid lunch break. Closing date: 9 am Thursday 23 July 2020 Interviews: week commencing 3 August 2020 AFTERNOON RECEPTIONIST I ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT Permanent / Part-time, Actual salary £14,723 p.a. (£22,235 FTE) Required for September 2020 We are seeking an experienced, professional Receptionist/Administrator to provide organisational and administrative support for our school, welcoming visitors in person and answering and directing calls to the appropriate department. This busy and varied role will suit a highly organised, friendly and versatile individual who is passionate about customer service in order to provide a welcoming first impression of our school. The working hours will be Monday to Thursday 12.30 pm to 5.30 pm and 12.30 pm to 5.00 pm on Fridays, totalling 24.5 hours per week throughout the year. Out of term time hours will be Monday to Thursday 9.00 am - 2.00 pm, Friday 9.00 1.30 pm.
